When and who can return the goods
The refund is due if the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The refund is due in accordance with the law when a distance contract is concluded (i. e. Via our website, by phone or by e-mail). The right to return is also granted if the order was made at a distance and the goods are collected at our stationary showroom.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires 14 days from the date on which the buyer came into possession of the goods or in which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the buyer, came into possession of the goods (i. e. from the moment of receipt of the goods).
Return Procedure
In order for the withdrawal (refund) procedure to proceed as soon as possible, without misunderstanding or error, we propose to do the following:
Informing us of the buyer's return decision (see above).
Completion of the returned goods. Attach a proof of purchase to the parcel (invoice/personal invoice/receipt) for easier identification of the transaction or other proof of purchase with us.
Attach a statement of withdrawal to the parcel or at least contact information to each other-for faster identification of the shipment/order.
Safe packaging of the package and its designation with the post 'RETURN' for easier identification of the package.
Delivery of the parcel immediately, at your expense, to the address of the registered office of our company (Hypevenom, 02-677 Taśmowa 4a/38 Warsaw). Attention! Payday Package will not be accepted!
