When and who can return the product
A return is allowed if the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Returns are permitted in accordance with the law in the case of a distance contract (i.e., through our website, by phone, or by email). The right to return also applies when the order was placed remotely, and the goods are collected at our physical store.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the buyer took possession of the goods or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the buyer took possession of the goods (i.e., from the moment the goods were received).
Return Procedure
⚠️ Returns are not processed automatically. After receiving the package, we always contact the buyer by email to confirm and arrange the next steps. Without confirmation from the buyer, the return will not be processed.
To ensure the withdrawal (return) process goes as quickly as possible, without misunderstandings or errors, we recommend following the steps below:

Informing us about the buyer's return decision (see the point above).

Completing the return of goods. The shipment should include a withdrawal statement (return form) to facilitate faster identification of the shipment/order.

Safe packaging of the parcel and marking it with the note "RETURN" for easier shipment identification.

Immediate shipment of the package, at your own expense, to the address of our company headquarters (Hypevenom, 02-672 Domaniewska 47/411 Warsaw). Attention! Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted!

The buyer is required to promptly send us the return shipment tracking number via email. Failure to provide a tracking number will result in the return not being accepted.
