Return Form

When and Who Can Return Goods
Returns are applicable if the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code and it concerns a distance contract (i.e., concluded via our website, by phone, or email).
The right of return also applies when the order was placed remotely, and the goods are collected at our physical store.
The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods or the date on which a third party indicated by the buyer took possession of them.
Return Procedure
⚠️ Returns are not processed automatically. Upon receiving the package, we will contact the buyer via email to confirm and determine further steps. Without confirmation, the return will not be processed.
To expedite the return process and avoid errors, please:

Inform us of your decision to return (via email).

Gather the returned items and include the return form for quick shipment identification.

Pack the parcel securely and mark it with the note "RETURN".

Send the parcel to the return address handled by our agent in Poland:
HYPEVENOM – Domaniewska 47/411, 02-672 Warsaw, PolandCash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted.

Promptly send us the tracking number via email. Failure to provide a tracking number may result in the return not being accepted.
The best way to send the shipment is via InPost Courier.
Product Exchange

If the exchange is due to customer's request (different size, color, or model) → shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If the exchange is due to a defect in the goods or non-conformity with the contract → the cost of reshipment is borne by the seller.
Notes on Personal Data
Data submitted during the return process (name, address, email, shipment number) will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, solely for the purpose of processing the return or exchange of goods.
