When and who can return an item

The right of return applies if the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The right of return applies in accordance with legal provisions in the case of a distance contract (i.e. via our website, by phone or by e‑mail). The right of return also applies when the order was placed remotely and the goods are collected at our physical store.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires 14 days after the day on which the buyer acquires possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the buyer acquires possession of the goods (i.e. from the moment the goods are received).


Return Procedure

To ensure the withdrawal from the contract (return) proceeds as quickly as possible, without misunderstandings or errors, we suggest performing the following steps:

  1. Informing us of the buyer's decision to return (see the point above).

  2. Preparing the returned goods. A statement of withdrawal from the contract (return form) should be included with the shipment – to speed up identification of the parcel/order.

  3. Securely pack the parcel and label it "RETURN" to make the shipment easier to identify.

  4. Immediate dispatch of the package, at your expense, to the address of our company's headquarters (Hypevenom, 02-672 Domaniewska 47/411 Warsaw). Attention! Cash-on-delivery packages will not be accepted!

  5. The buyer is obliged to immediately email us the tracking number of the return shipment. Failure to provide the tracking number will result in the return not being accepted.
