"1+1=3" PROMOTION TERMS

§1. General provisions

  1. The "1+1=3" promotion is organised by HYPEVENOM.
  2. The promotion runs in the HYPEVENOM online store.
  3. The promotion is valid for the period shown on the store website or while stocks of the promoted products last.
  4. Taking part in the promotion is voluntary.

§2. Promotion rules

  1. To use the "1+1=3" promotion, the customer must add three products covered by the promotion to the cart.
  2. When buying three products, the customer gets the cheapest of them FREE.
  3. The discount is applied automatically in the cart once the promotion conditions are met.
  4. The promotion only applies to products in the collection or category marked "1+1=3".
  5. If products with different prices are added to the cart, the 100% discount is applied to the cheapest product covered by the promotion.
  6. The promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions or special offers unless the store website clearly states otherwise.

§3. Product availability

  1. The promotion is valid only while stocks last.
  2. Availability of individual models, colours and sizes may change during the promotion.
  3. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it.

§4. Returns of products bought in the promotion

  1. The customer keeps their statutory right to withdraw from the contract and return products.
  2. The "1+1=3" promotion applies only if the customer keeps all three products that made up the promotional set.
  3. If even one product from a "1+1=3" set is returned, the promotion conditions are no longer met.
  4. In that case, the products the customer keeps will be recalculated at their regular store prices at the time of the order, without the "1+1=3" promotion.
  5. The amount refunded to the customer will be calculated after this recalculation.
  6. The value of the originally granted discount may be deducted from the refund if, after returning part of the order, the customer no longer meets the promotion conditions.

Example

A customer buys three products:

  • Product A – 300 PLN
  • Product B – 200 PLN
  • Product C – 150 PLN

Under the promotion, product C is FREE and the customer pays 500 PLN in total.

If the customer returns one of the products and only two remain in the order, the "1+1=3" conditions no longer apply. The remaining products will be charged at their regular prices at the time of purchase, and the refund will be recalculated accordingly.

§5. Complaints

  1. The promotion does not limit the customer's rights under the rules on complaints, non-conformity of goods with the contract or other statutory consumer rights.
  2. Complaints about how the promotion works can be sent using the contact details shown on the store website.

§6. Final provisions

  1. These promotion terms are available on the HYPEVENOM website for the whole duration of the promotion.
  2. Placing an order using the promotion means using it under the rules set out in these terms.
  3. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the online store terms and applicable law.
  4. The promotion may end early if the promoted products sell out.
