Pre-order Policy
This Pre-order Policy sets out the rules for placing and fulfilling pre-orders on hypevenom.com.
Please read the information below carefully before placing a pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you accept these terms.
1. What a pre-order is
A pre-order lets you reserve a product that is in production or being prepared for release.
Paying for a pre-order means you want to buy the product once it is released and agree to wait until the shipping date.
2. Payment and funding production
Payment for a pre-order is taken at the time of purchase and goes towards funding the production of that product.
By placing a pre-order, you are effectively investing in the product being made, helping us start production and deliver the finished item on time.
3. Release and shipping dates
Every product marked as "pre-order" shows an approximate release and shipping date.
For the NIGHTCORE JACKET, release and shipping are planned for the end of January 2026.
The dates given are estimates and may shift slightly depending on the production process. If they change, customers will be informed by email.
4. Cancellations and refunds
All pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds are not possible before the product is released and shipped, because the payment funds the production process.
Once the product has been released and received, returns are only possible under our standard returns policy, if the product is faulty or not as described.
5. Production changes or delays
We do everything we can to meet the announced dates. However, in unforeseen circumstances (logistics, supplies, raw materials, etc.) release dates may change.
If that happens, customers will be informed straight away, and the company reserves the right to update the shipping date.
